Kay Biga is a business attorney at the Spott Law Office in Duluth, Minnesota. Kay was an associate professor of Business Law and Management at the University of Wisconsin-Superior for twenty years.
Kay is the president of the Pachel Foundation which supports charitable and arts organizations in Minnesota and northwestern Wisconsin.
Kay joined Rotary in 1996 and in 2008 she founded the Duluth Superior Eco Rotary. After serving as club president and assistant governor, Kay is the District Governor for 2022- 2023. She looks forward to visiting the 62 club and 3 Rotaract clubs during this year.
During the past two years Kay has headed up the Women in Rotary project in our district. The goal is to increase the percentage of women members.
